Activities

Activities are organized several times a week at La Pirouette. It’s a special time for parents and families to take time together.

Calendar of events :

For variety and fun

“The activities are well organized and friendly. Everything is super fun, it feels good!”

Discussion meetings

These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss family-related topics. These are either discussions between parents or informative meetings with a practitioner. A wide choice of topics is offered: child development, family life, couples, etc.

Parent-child activities

Parent-child activities are a great way to spend quality time together as a family. Different aspects of child development are covered, and parents discover ideas for activities they can then reproduce at home. The themes chosen are designed to stimulate the interest and imagination of both child and parent. For example: story time, motor games, arts and crafts, early music, etc.

To socialize and get out of the house and feel less lonely

“Thank you for helping my child and I get out of the house and socialize with other families. We loved it and it was a special time for us.”

Family outings

Outings are family activities out of the ordinary. They enable children and parents to enjoy experiences that are not always accessible to them, in a context adapted to young children. Depending on the season, you can take part in apple-picking in an orchard, a day at the sugar shack, a visit to the Botanical Garden, a play performance, etc.
